As the final Pokémon set printed by Wizards of the Coast and one of the rarest, the Skyridge sealed booster box ranks high on many collectors’ must-have lists. The set includes four highly coveted Crystal-type cards, featuring arguably the most popular Pokémon in the franchise: Charizard. The box contains 36 booster packs, each with nine cards. In addition to the booster packs, these boxes contain a box topper featuring different Crystal-type cards.

U.S. Coins
While early Shield nickel mintages stretched into the millions, coinage of the type in 1879 dropped to just 25,900 coins, and this issue is appropriately scarce in Mint State. The following year, 1880, would see Shield nickel coinage decline further to just 16,000 pieces. The current 1879 example is near-Mint, with satiny and slightly textured surfaces that complement a bold strike. Only a trace of high-point wear is apparent over the ivory surfaces.

Comic Books
This classic DC comic features the origin and first appearance of Wonder Woman, as well as the first appearance of Paradise Island (aka Themyscira). Within a year, the amazing Amazon would star in the pages of Sensation Comics and her own series, establishing her alongside Superman and Batman as part of the publisher’s trinity of important characters. Also of note: Doctor Fate dons a new helmet, and Starman and Dr. Mid-Nite join the Justice Society of America.
