H.R. Giger’s Techno Skull from 1981 exemplifies his signature biomechanical style, blending human anatomy with industrial and mechanical forms. The work reflects his exploration of the fusion between technology and the body, a theme that defined much of his career. A central figure in late 20th-century surrealist and sci-fi visual culture, Giger and his techno-organic imagery also influenced film design, most famously in Alien, and continue to shape contemporary horror and fantasy aesthetics.

One of the rarest handbags ever to come to auction, this Hermès Bleu Marine Courchevel Leather Birkin is twice signed by the iconic bag’s namesake, Jane Birkin herself. While the bag is not the first Birkin created, its provenance is undeniably special. Signed by Birkin for longtime friend Mrs. Midori Senga, the bag carries deeply personal inscriptions. She signed the front interior wall, above the slip pocket, “Midori Your Friend Jane” in white and “Midori Jane” on the rear interior pocket in silver.

This cardboard “Hooray for JFK” placard is a rare surviving artifact from President John F. Kennedy’s final public appearance in Dallas on November 22, 1963. Such handheld placards were carried by well-wishers gathered along the motorcade route and at Love Field to greet the president and first lady upon their arrival. According to family history, this example was recovered by a military serviceman assisting with security operations amid the immediate aftermath of Kennedy’s assassination.
